↪ A 3K class availability will depend on enrollment numbers. If your child will be entering 3K, you can register now. Your registration will help us know if we’ll be able to open the class. We will send a confirmation to all registered families at a later date.

↪ For students entering 9th grade to 12th grade in September 2026, please send an email to admin@bumcsummercamp.com for pricing and program info.

REGISTRATION INFO

    • Light breakfast, catered lunch and snacks

    • All classroom and learning supplies/materials

    • Camp T-shirts and other apparel based on availability

    • Online - submit registration here.

    • Paper form - email us at admin@bumcsummercamp.com for the pdf file OR register in-person. You may contact us by email or phone to make an appointment. Our offices are open from Mondays through Saturdays (9am - 1pm and 3pm to 5pm). **Please have your deposit ready when you come in.

    • Invoice & deposit - We will email you an invoice. Please submit a deposit to complete your registration.

    • Submit the Child Health Form (CH-205 - NYC) before the first day of camp.

    • Cash

    • Check (payable to Bayside Korean United Methodist Church).

    • Credit Card (in-person or by filling out a Credit Card Authorization Form and emailing it to us. **A processing fee will be added to the total).

    • Payment Plan (Please contact us at admin@bumcsummercamp.com for more details).

  • A sibling discount of $50.00 per sibling will be applied to your invoice.

  • If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please contact us BEFORE the first day of camp (7/06/26) and we will issue a full refund. **Refunds are usually issued in July.

    • The CH-205 NYC Health Form must be submitted before the first day of camp.

    • Date of exam must be dated after 9/01/25 to be current. Any health form(s) submitted with a date of exam dated 8/31/25 or before is expired and you will be asked to submit a current one.
