NYC HEALTH PERMIT GUIDELINES
We are a summer camp fully approved and permitted by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. This ensures that we follow all required health & safety guidelines. Our site is inspected twice a year, including one during the summer while camp is in session.
Some of the key safety guidelines we follow include:
Staff to Child ratios:
Ages 3 to 5 - 1:6
Ages 6 to 7 - 1:9
Ages 8 and above - 1:12
Background checks
for all staff
Having a Health Director on site to help ensure your child's health and safety every day
Staff members trained in Advanced CPR, First Aid, & AED
Staying up-to-date on all fire safety rules & having staff that is certified in Fire Emergency Drill Conductor
